Real Estate is my passion!  Being an advocate for my clients, to advise and educate along the real estate journey!  Negotiating for the best outcome.  Having a construction background, I'm able to advise my clients on the pitfalls of house defects while we look! Any house that my clients wish to purchase MUST BE "Teri Lane" approved or they cannot buy it!  Whether you are in the market for your first home, an investment property, a fixer-upper or a brand new house, I am here to help you with your search!
